1. How our system works
Acquisitionist runs client marketing through the Acquisition Engine: a set of specialised AI agents, each with one job, coordinated around each client's goals and supervised by a human strategist.
- Strategist agent: Audits your market, offer and numbers, then writes the 90-day acquisition plan every other agent works from.
- Creative agent: Produces ad creative, hooks, scripts, landing copy and AI avatar video in your brand voice.
- Media Buyer agent: Launches and tunes Meta, Google, TikTok and YouTube campaigns daily against cost per booked call.
- Search agent: Handles SEO, AEO (answer engine optimisation), Google Business Profile and the content that gets you ranked and cited by AI.
- Setter agent: Replies to every lead in under a minute by SMS, email and DM, qualifies them and books them in.
- Reputation agent: Requests, monitors and answers reviews so your star rating keeps climbing.
- Analyst agent: Tracks every lead from first click to closed deal and tells the other agents what to change.
2. Where humans stay in control
- Strategy, budgets and offers are set with you by a human strategist.
- New campaigns, new creative and new message templates are reviewed by a person before going live.
- Automated conversations hand off to a person for complaints, sensitive topics, pricing negotiations or when someone asks for a human.
- Spend limits, rules and alerts prevent agents from exceeding approved budgets.
3. Talking to our AI
Chat, SMS, email and DM assistants operated by us, or on behalf of our clients, identify themselves as AI assistants when asked and where the law requires it, and never claim to be human. You can ask for a person at any time.
4. AI avatars and synthetic media
We produce videos using AI avatars and voice models, including of our own founder. We only create an avatar or voice of a real person with that person's written consent, use it only for the purposes they approve, and label synthetic media as AI-generated where platform rules or laws (such as the EU AI Act transparency requirements) require it. We do not create avatars of public figures or anyone who hasn't consented.
5. Accuracy
AI can make mistakes. We check factual claims in client content, keep a record of approvals and correct errors quickly when they're reported.
6. Data and model training
We use AI vendors under terms that prohibit training on our or our clients' data. Client data is kept separate between accounts; one client's data is never used to produce another client's content.
7. Fairness and prohibited uses
We don't use AI to target people based on sensitive characteristics in ways platforms or laws prohibit, to generate deceptive reviews or testimonials, or to impersonate real people or brands.
8. Reporting a concern
If you think one of our AI systems got something wrong, email us and a person will review it.
