1. Initial term
Every plan starts with a 90-day term. That is the time needed to build your funnel, launch campaigns, gather data and optimise. Fees for the initial term are payable monthly.
2. Cancelling after the initial term
After 90 days, plans renew monthly. Cancel any time with 30 days' written notice by email or through our contact form. Services continue through the notice period.
3. Refunds
- Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has started.
- Monthly fees are non-refundable for months already started.
- Ad spend is paid to the ad platforms directly, so refunds of spend are handled by the platform, not by us.
- Our delivery promise: if we fail to deliver something your plan includes in a given month, tell us. We'll deliver it promptly or credit the fair value to your next invoice.
4. Pausing
After the initial term you can pause once per year for up to 60 days (for example during a seasonal slowdown). Ad campaigns are paused and agents stop outbound activity during the pause.
5. Offboarding
When you leave, we hand over admin access to every account we created for you, export your data and deliverables, and remove our access. AI avatars and voice models of you are deleted or handed over, at your choice.
